Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: October 2026

Welcome to All Cleanes (operated by All-Clean Environmental Solutions / AES)[cite: 5]. By browsing, ordering, or utilizing our kitchen grease extraction systems, baffle filters, pre-filter pads, or site audit services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions[cite: 1, 5].

1. General & Business Identification

1.1. "AES", "All Cleanes", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to All-Clean Environmental Solutions[cite: 5].

1.2. "Customer", "Client", or "You" refers to any commercial entity, kitchen operator, business representative, or website user accessing our products or services[cite: 5, 11].

2. Quotations & Pricing

2.1. All instant web calculated quotes or online estimates are provisional and based strictly on specifications provided by the Customer (e.g., filter dimensions, spacer sizes, heat shield quantities, and site location)[cite: 1, 2].

2.2. Prices quoted on this website are subject to VAT at the prevailing UK standard rate (20%) unless explicitly stated otherwise[cite: 1].

2.3. We reserve the right to revise or adjust formal quotes following a physical site survey or upon verification of actual equipment and access requirements[cite: 1, 16].

3. Products, Supply & Usage

3.1. UL1046 Baffle Filters & Over-Frames: Our Type 2 baffle filters are manufactured to UL 1046 and DIN-18869-5 flame barrier standards[cite: 14]. Equipment must be fitted in accordance with manufacturer guidelines to maintain performance and TR19 Grease compliance[cite: 5, 14].

3.2. AES Wool Pre-Filter Pads: Wool pre-filter pads are supplied as consumable items[cite: 1, 5, 7]. Due to variations in commercial cooking equipment (heavy, medium, light grease production), inspection and replacement intervals must be maintained by the operator in accordance with the AES Operators Manual[cite: 10, 11, 17].

3.3. Custom & Special Orders: Spacers, custom heat shields, and bespoke over-frame sizes are supplied based on dimensions supplied by the client or measured during a site audit[cite: 1].

4. Site Audits & Services

4.1. Local site audits are charged at the rate specified at time of booking[cite: 1]. Remote site audits (including Scotland and offshore locations) require bespoke travel pricing[cite: 1].

4.2. Safe, unobstructed access to kitchen extraction canopies and fan equipment must be provided by the customer during scheduled site audits or installations[cite: 9, 16].

5. Limitation of Liability & Fire Safety Compliance

5.1. While the AES Wool Pad Filter System captures up to 98% of airborne grease and significantly reduces ductwork grease accumulation, it does not entirely replace the statutory requirement for routine TR19 Grease extraction ductwork cleaning[cite: 7, 8, 14].

5.2. AES shall not be held liable for extraction performance issues, fire risks, or insurance claim rejections resulting from:

  • Failure to replace saturated wool pads in a timely manner[cite: 10, 12, 13].
  • Operation of the extraction system without filters fitted or with damaged components[cite: 12, 13].
  • Use of unauthorized chemical cleaners on baffle frames or wool pads[cite: 13].
  • Incorrect self-assembly or alignment of baffle blades and frame assemblies[cite: 13, 17].

6. Delivery, Orders & Returns

6.1. Orders for consumable wool pre-filter pads (packs of 50, 100, or bulk) ordered online are subject to stock availability and standard courier dispatch[cite: 1].

6.2. Due to health, hygiene, and fire safety regulations, grease-contaminated or opened pre-filter pad packages cannot be accepted for return or refund once dispatched[cite: 1, 18].

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
